"Oliver and Stanley"
A new comedy from the Eldora and New Providence, Iowa community. It's a
loving and hilarious tribute to the comedy of Laurel and Hardy, but you don't
need to have seen a Laurel and Hardy film in order to enjoy "Oliver and
Stanley." It's the story of two men who are always getting into one "fine mess"
after another, while running their fertilizer company, running for mayor, and
getting into trouble with their wives on a daily basis!
The film stars Arlen Daleske and Dennis Reece as Oliver and Stanley, along with
a very talented and funny cast from the area.
"Hollywood Ending"
My Town Pictures and Winnebago Industries are teaming up for a very special
film project called "Hollywood Ending." To be filmed at the Grand National
Rally of the Winnebago Itasca Travelers, cast members will be arriving in Forest
City, Iowa in their RV's from all around the country and we'll be shooting this
comedy about love, romance, and RV's from the Rally itself.
Both of these films will be premiering this fall. Stay tuned for more information

But starting in 2010, we are going to start offering WRITERS a rare opportunity
to see their original short scripts come to life on screen! For a very low fee,
The My Town Pictures Short Film Collection wants writers to get the respect
they don't often get. We will produce your script, but YOU will have the final
say on any and all script changes! You'll even get to help choose the cast and are
welcome to be present during shooting. You might even help direct!
